Job Overview:

We are seeking a Global Banking Leader to drive our financial growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking and finance, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments on existing corporate and institutional clients.
  • Review and verify client documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify and assess risks, including PEP exposure, sanctions, adverse media, and jurisdictional risks.
  • Maintain accurate client profiles and records, ensuring timely updates.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and other stakeholders to resolve documentation issues and escalate high-risk cases.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in banking, KYC, AML, or compliance functions.
  • Familiarity with MAS AML/CFT regulations and KYC requirements is ideal/preferred.
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
