Job Title

We are seeking an experienced strategic leader to drive business growth and oversee project execution. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction industry, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and oversight throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional guidance and expertise to our organization, leveraging extensive experience and knowledge throughout all project phases from conceptualization, design, tender, execution, to completion.
  • Contribute as a key member of the senior management team, actively participating in corporate strategy and decision-making during the project development process, ensuring the company remains competitive in securing new projects.
  • Possessing specialized knowledge and prior experience in factory projects in Asia and Europe, will be considered a significant advantage.
  • To support regular reports to HQ on project progress.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 25 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Japanese is necessary as the incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate with counterparts in Japan, Tokyo Head Office including filing of project reports.
