We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and establishing new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the educational needs of students and the ability to discuss these needs with parents. You will also be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets that are aligned with the company's core competencies.

You will work closely with other departments' stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities, future plans, and objectives. Additionally, you will take ownership of customers' problems and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and establish new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales targets
  • Provide accurate and prompt information on curriculum highlights to existing and prospective households and students
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets that are aligned with the company's core competencies
  • Understand competition and trends in the education industry to develop sales strategies and initiatives
  • Manage customer communications
  • Oversee class scheduling and work with the accounts team to manage invoicing
  • Work closely with other departments' stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities, future plans, and objectives
  • Take ownership of customers' problems and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within SLAs

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum of 1-year proven track record in sales, preferably in the education field
  • Knowledge of and experience with CRM, sales, or customer service are highly desirable
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Strong consultative selling and business development flair
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and strong interpersonal skills
