Intelligence and Investigations Specialist

Job Description
This role is part of the Enforcement Division within the Group.
The Enforcement Division contributes to building an effective, responsive, and inclusive ecosystem through grant management, collection, and enforcement against fraud and abuse.
- Drive enforcement actions against errant entities and individuals to prevent contraventions of funding and respective regulations.
- Oversee inquiries and investigations of cases suspected to have flouted regulations or funding terms and conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct verification calls to individuals relating to funding support.
- Handle requests related to refunds of funding support.
- Gather information pertaining to training providers and enterprises.
- Conduct field surveillance on entities or individuals as part of intelligence gathering for cases.
- Prepare regular statistical updates related to enforcement cases.
Requirements:
- Possess competencies to execute job duties proficiently.
- Up to 3 years of relevant work experience in enforcement function.
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good writing, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
