About the Role
As an Investigations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and supporting university-wide investigations into staff misconduct and policy breaches. Your role will involve engaging stakeholders across clusters to promote compliance, conduct sensing, gather intelligence, and contribute to broader risk management efforts.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct investigations in line with university procedures and best practices
• Evaluate complaints, allegations, and breaches received by the university through various channels
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Office of Human Resources, Health and Wellbeing Unit, Office of Legal Affairs, Campus Emergency Service, and Office of Internal Audit
• Coordinate with external agencies such as the Police and other relevant investigation units or entities

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Recognised University Degree in law, criminology, social sciences, or similar qualifications
• At least 5 years of investigative experience preferably in a law enforcement or corporate environment focusing on fraud, cybercrimes, misconduct, and ethics violations

You will assist in the maintenance of the Investigation Database Management System and preparation of reports highlighting key trends involving staff investigation.
