What the role is:
Enforcement and Compliance Division (ECD) is part of SSG's Incentives Management and Enforcement Group (IMEG), which contributes to building an effective, responsive, and inclusive CET eco-system through grant management, Skills Development Levy collection, and enforcement against external fraud and abuse. ECD's efforts include monitoring, intelligence, and investigations to enforce compliance with SSG funding, the Private Education Act, the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency Act, the Skills Development Levy Act, and related regulations.
What you will be working on:
Your responsibilities include:
- Conduct verification calls to individuals regarding SSG's funding support.
- Handle refund requests related to SSG's funding support.
- Gather information and intelligence on training providers and enterprises.
- Conduct field surveillance on entities or individuals for intelligence gathering.
- Prepare regular statistical updates on enforcement cases.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
• Up to 3 years of relevant enforcement experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
