Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, non-discrimination policies, and workplace safety standards.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR Generalist/Business Partner role
  • Experience leading an HR team
  • Solid managerial experience
  • High EQ
  • Hands-on recruitment experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong customer service ethos
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment and labour laws
  • High degree of confidentiality and discretion
  • Interchangeable skills between being a team player and self-motivator
  • Self-initiation skills
  • High level of data management, reporting, and presentation
  • Project Management skills (preferred)
