
HR Administrative Specialist

Job Description:
- Our company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrative Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of employees and ensuring that all information is kept confidential.
- You will also prepare and submit regular reports to the HR Manager, update TMS reports, and assist with salary processing.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking employee confirmations and appraisals, preparing HR Letters (Employment Contracts, Confirmations, Annual Increments, etc.), and organizing Company functions and staff welfare activities.
- Furthermore, you will source and organize training programs, liaise with external vendors and employment agencies, work passes application, renewal, and cancellation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and able to multi-task
- Good knowledge of employment laws and best practices and well-versed in MS Office
