We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Learning Lead to join our team at Panasonic. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing organizational learning initiatives that drive business outcomes and employee growth. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing learning solutions, facilitating performance review processes, and identifying high-potential employees. You will also be responsible for creating talent pipelines and succession plans, implementing engagement and retention initiatives, and collaborating with leaders to build and update competency models. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong knowledge of learning program design, proficiency in HRIS and LMS platforms, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning solutions to enhance employee capabilities
- Facilitate performance review processes to identify development opportunities and provide actionable career pathways for employees
- Identify high-potential employees and develop talent pipelines and succession plans
- Implement engagement and retention initiatives to boost employee morale and reduce turnover
- Collaborate with leaders to build and update competency models that guide talent acquisition, development, and evaluation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of learning program design and talent management practices is essential. Proficiency in HRIS and LMS platforms, analytical skills, excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required.
