Senior Product Test Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Test Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing test programs for digital, PMIC, RF & mixed-signal products on automated test equipment. They will work closely with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring-up and production release activities.

The engineer will troubleshoot digital vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG / Functional / Mbist) and device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage, and Temperature).

To succeed in this role, you will need a diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Communication Engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years' experience in developing SOC programs from NPI to volume ramp stage is required.

You must have expertise in Advantest V93k or Teradyne Uflex/Iflex. Proficiency in Java, C/C++, Visual Basic, Perl, and Python is also essential.
