Job Opportunity:
Process Excellence Specialist
- Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Process Specialist to support Production Technicians/Operators in machine and process troubleshooting, process change, process control, failure analysis and assist supervisors in controlling the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specialize in processes and perform higher-level troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Guide technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality.
- Ensure supplementary materials changes are properly done.
- Assist Line Engineers to check all control charts and checklists.
- Ensure smooth production operation with production reports.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve daily final test yield.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical discipline.
- Experience: No experience required, fresh graduates welcome.
- Required Skills:
- Basic operation and manpower control knowledge.
- Basic computer software knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Excel or Words).
- Good communication skills.
- Preferably has clean-room working experience.
- Able to work 12-hour shifts (day or night).
