Job Description

Our organization is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee production scheduling and evaluate process parameters.

  • Industry/Organization Type: Manufacturing (Electronics)
  • Position Title: Process Engineer
  • Working Location: Pioneer (Nearby MRT station)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 7.30AM - 5PM)

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills with AutoCAD and prior electroplating experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee production scheduling and evaluate process parameters
  2. Evaluate and establish process parameters
  3. Identify and eliminate sources of failure and perfect functionality of products
  4. Define process problems that lead to throughput or quality issues, evaluate cause of problem, implement solutions to stabilize processes, increase production output, reduce production cycle and enhance cost improvement
  5. Investigate and implement solutions on process or material related problems
  6. Develop and maintain proper job methods, work instructions, drawings, bill of material etc. for products
  7. Execute productivity programmes such as process automation, tooling and fixture fabrication or improvement etc.
  8. Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance
  9. Ensure manufacturing objectives are met and initiate continuous improvement activities on product quality, yields and technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
  • Has minimum 2 years of related working experience
  • Prior electroplating experience is an added advantage
  • Excellent technical skills with AutoCAD is preferable
