We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Programme Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role- Assist in planning and coordinating monthly activities for seniors, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
- Collect evaluation and feedback on activities to help us continuously improve and enhance our services.
- Support seniors with their enquiries and provide information and referrals as needed.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sufficient for activities.
- Assist with procuring materials for activities, equipment, and supplies when required.
- Collaborate with the Program Executive to manage budgets and maintain program databases.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the programme.
- A degree in Community & Social Services or a related field.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- Experience working with seniors is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays 9am to 1pm.
- Advanced management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic administration skills.
