Climbing Operations Role

This is a dynamic role within our climbing gym, where you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Counter & Floor Operations – Front-facing responsibilities as part of the on-duty team, including cashiering, check-in processes, safety processes, handling enquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Experience Management – Monitoring service quality and leading by example in ensuring a positive, inclusive, and safe environment, including handling service recovery when necessary.
  • Facilities & Logistics Upkeep – Maintaining cleanliness, functionality, and safety of climbing areas, gear, and amenities, and assisting in logistics for programs or events.
  • Administrative Support – Handling general admin and ad hoc duties that support overall gym operations.
Key Requirements:
  • Friendly and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage both children and adults.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable performing basic administrative tasks and using digital systems.
  • Calm and responsive in managing safety and emergency situations.
  • Able to commit to a 5-day work week, including weekends and Public Holidays, based on shift schedules.
  • Experience in climbing or sports/leisure industry an advantage; SNCS Level 1 or 2 certification preferred.
