Singapore BFF CLIMBING PTE. LTD. Full time

The Program Executive assist the Program Manager in executing programs within our climbing gyms. You will have to ensure the smooth execution of the programs while also looking for ways to optimise and innovate.

You will be responsible for coordinating programs/workshops to value add to our members and attract new signups. The Program Executive also acts as a point of contact to communicate and coordinate external clients with different departments.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Coordinate and execute programs in line with the company’s visions
- Assist in the execution of programs for both adults and kids
- Liaise with clients and parents of our class students
- Scheduling of classes and other programs
- Responsible for the instructor's payroll
- Reach out to external parties to offer our programs
- Fulfil ad hoc duties and responsibilities when required

**Job requirements**
- Meticulous with strong attention to details
- Strong communication skills
- Multi-task and work on several programs at the same time
- Have a strong understanding of our programs
- Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
- Independent worker, organised and able to meet short deadlines
- Prior climbing experience preferred

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
