Sales Enablement Expert for Process Automation

As a strategic sales enablement professional, you will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to support sales teams focused on process automation instrumentation across Southeast Asia.
This role is instrumental in empowering sales professionals with specialized training, technical insights, and compelling sales narratives related to process automation and instrumentation. You will analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities for the portfolio.
Key qualifications include:
- Possessing a degree in Engineering (especially Automation, Electrical, or Chemical), Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Being fluent in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and deliver impactful presentations.
- Having at least 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a strong technical pre-sales role within an automation or industrial instrumentation environment.
