Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with line departments to identify and implement organisational design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support the achievement of business goals.
- Manage and coordinate HR functions to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
- Partner with HR policy teams to develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies.
- Recruit top talent through engagement, attraction, and outreach initiatives.
- Compile and analyse manpower statistics for reporting and surveys.
- Provide HR support and guidance to external and internal stakeholders.
- Manage procurement paperwork for HR services and projects.
- Review and streamline work processes to improve efficiency.
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Partnering function.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well with all levels of staff.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team with strong drive and dedication.
- Meticulous, resourceful, and highly self-motivated.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications and has a flair for numbers and statistics.
- Competitive salary of $19 to $21 per hour.
- 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
- Mon to Fri working arrangement.
