Production Unit Specialist

As a skilled Refrigeration Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production of refrigeration units. Your key responsibilities will include performing testing and inspection tasks, as well as assembling units according to manufacturing instructions.
- Perform thorough inspections and tests on refrigeration units to ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on tools, equipment, fixtures, and gauges assigned to your workstation.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative solutions for improving productivity and reducing waste.
- Identify and troubleshoot faults in assembled units, applying problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor work areas and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Minimum Vocational Certificate in a related field.
- No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
- Able to act as a buddy trainer for onboarding and training new employees.
