Job Description

This role involves performing hands-on maintenance and coordinating work related to instrumentation in a production unit. The position ensures that activities on the weekly schedule, emergencies, or assigned non-routine maintenance work are executed with quality and efficiency and in compliance with site health, safety, and environment requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out daily troubleshooting and maintenance of instrument-related matters in the production unit.
  • Evaluate and communicate daily/weekly schedule assignments with the workforce. Plan, execute, resource, and maintain equipment and materials for E and SB priority work repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE standards. Monitor and feedback on the maintenance effectiveness process and take corrective action if required. Administer GSAP processes for time sheets, services, purchases, and material orders.
  • Liaise with operations, technology, engineering, and procurement departments as part of job execution.
  • Initiate and plan upgrades to instrument systems before obsolescence and deteriorations beyond repair.
  • Complete end-of-day schedule progress reports (percent complete, MCMP, TECO, and approve actual hours).
  • Ensure completion of QA/QC and condition reports. Supervise maintenance contractor field presence and craft productivity for effective and efficient execution.
