Senior Electrical and Mechanical Project Coordinator

The role of Electrical and Mechanical Project Lead involves overseeing, coordinating, and managing all electrical and mechanical works from design to completion. This includes ensuring compliance with codes and standards, resolving technical issues, leading the site team, and liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- This project leader will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion.
- He/She will ensure that all electrical and mechanical works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and industry codes.
- Resolving technical challenges effectively through close liaison with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
- Leading and managing the site team to deliver quality outcomes that meet consultant specifications and client expectations.
- Attending site-level coordination meetings to address and resolve technical challenges.
- Supervising and guiding personnel, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure works are executed in compliance with approved plans and specifications.
- Reviewing and verifying variation orders and reporting progress or arising issues to the HQ.
- Participating in site inspections and quality checks, and troubleshooting technical issues in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Studying and analyzing consultant specifications, technical drawings, and design intent to identify discrepancies.
- Organizing and leading monthly meetings, overseeing and coordinating all electrical and mechanical activities comprehensively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in main construction or sub-contracting environment.

Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
