Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the BIM Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

The successful BIM Coordinator will be responsible for utilizing software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation to create accurate and detailed drawings, sketches, and as-built documents. Additionally, they will coordinate P&S drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and assist in preparing reports.

This is a local project-focused position, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. The BIM Coordinator will work closely with sub-contractors, suppliers, main contractors, and other project team members to ensure seamless project execution.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and Aecosim
  • Excellent technical drawing skills
  • Strong understanding of construction and building services
  • Ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
