Building Information Modelling (BIM) Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Building Information Modelling (BIM) specialist to join our team. As a BIM specialist, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality BIM models, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD software and other relevant tools. You will also be required to troubleshoot any BIM-related issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent knowledge of BIM software, including AutoDesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. You should also have experience working on construction projects, particularly in the area of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You should also be able to commit to a 5.5-day workweek and be willing to learn new skills and technologies as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Diploma in M&E or a related field and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. You should also have a good command of English, both written and spoken, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience working on construction projects, particularly in MEP systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
