Leadership Role - General Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive operational efficiency and compliance across all manpower services.

This is a key position that requires a strategic thinker with excellent execution skills, who can manage complex operations and ensure seamless delivery of manpower services.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily manpower operations including recruitment, work pass applications, onboarding, deployment, renewals, and compliance.
  • Translating company goals into operational strategies and ensuring smooth execution across all manpower services.
  • Driving continuous improvement in processes, systems, and manpower delivery standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of MOM regulations and CEI (KAH) standards.
  • At least 7-8 years of progressive leadership experience in manpower services, recruitment, or HR operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
  • Excellent client management, negotiation, and communication abilities.

Key Qualifications include:

  • CEI (KAH) certification is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
