Talent Acquisition Role

At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Local Services team. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to drive hiring efforts and support the growth of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies.
  • Assess talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines.
  • Use established networks to discover and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent.
  • Screen and select candidates effectively.
  • Lead key initiatives and projects that will improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and experience in both building and executing recruiting processes.
  • Passionate about providing a great experience for all candidates.
  • Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Experience closing senior and/or executive-level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
