Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition

As a Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future by developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent.

  • Collaborate closely with business units to understand their hiring requirements and develop tailored solutions to source and hire qualified candidates.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate our organization's culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
Key Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
