Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HVAC Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair air conditioning equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to identify potential issues before they become major problems
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system efficiency
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to meet business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and control systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
