Job Description:

HVAC Service Engineer Role

  • We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Engineer to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various activities including but not limited to:

1. HVAC Commissioning

2. Servicing and Troubleshooting

3. Installation of Equipment/ Appliances

4. Coordination with Commercial Meetings

5. Survey/Inspection

  • Responsibilities include resource and project planning, liaison with clients on project technicalities, writing survey/inspection reports, progress reports, and close-out reports.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the HVAC field, familiarity with refrigeration cycle and troubleshooting, excellent written and oral English communication skills, and good understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and HVAC controls.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration Engineering (Bachelor's Degree)
  • Minimum 2 Years Experience in HVAC Field
  • Familiarity with Refrigeration Cycle and HVAC Troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Written and Oral English Communication Skill
  • Familiarity with Material Take-Off and Labour Estimate for a Given HVAC Project
  • Good Understanding on Electrical Circuit Diagram and HVAC Controls (Electrical and PLC)
  • Good Grasp on Technical Writing
  • Good Leadership, Coaching and Analytical Skills
  • Able to Work Independently
  • Team Player
  • Knowledge on Project Schedule Software or AutoCAD is an Advantage
