Job Title: HVAC Engineer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management group, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our facilities manager to ensure that all maintenance programs are implemented effectively.
  • Oversee the daily operation of ACMV systems, including chiller systems, chilled water systems, DX systems, mechanical ventilation systems, clean room systems, negative and positive room systems, building management systems, and others.
  • Conduct regular inspections of existing air-conditioning systems to ensure that all maintenance programs are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
  • Investigate, analyze, and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
  • Prepare technical reports and proposals on breakdowns.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other equivalent engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC trade for building maintenance.
  • Able to guide and troubleshoot ACMV faults.
  • Good communication skills and positive mindset.
