Job Description:

In our facilities maintenance team, we are looking for a skilled ACMV/HVAC technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on our equipment. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and preventive maintenance schedules.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory. Perform process control checks where applicable. Participate in preventive maintenance & calibration checks for production and measuring equipment as scheduled.

You will also be responsible for utility setup and equipment move-in/move-out document submission. Additionally, you may participate in the planning and execution of facility expansion or improvement projects.

We require a Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Prior experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in the semiconductor industry is an advantage. Strong knowledge of eACMV and HVAC systems is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing facilities and equipment.
