Senior HVAC Supervisor and Maintenance Technician

As a senior HVAC supervisor and maintenance technician, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled technicians who install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of HVAC technicians
  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning systems
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions
  • Carry out repair works such as replacement of air con compressor, fan coil motors etc.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in HVAC works and managing a team
  • A diploma in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering related field and hands-on experience in AC related works
  • Good understanding of safety requirements
