Senior HVAC Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Executive Aircon Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our air conditioning systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair, with a strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems. They will also possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities include performing regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, diagnosing and repairing issues in air conditioning units, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, split units, and centralized HVAC systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for installing new air conditioning systems, supervising junior technicians, and maintaining records of maintenance and repair work.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Qualifications:
  • At least 10+ years of experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
  • Vocational or technical certification in HVAC systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
