Job Title: Human Resource Manager

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic support to the HR team in enhancing HR systems, maintaining data integrity, and updating HR processes and documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for both operational and project-based responsibilities to improve efficiency and compliance across HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline qualification and certification codes for accuracy.
  • Develop a standardized reference table aligned with MOM and statistical standards.
  • Enhance consistency and clarity of qualification descriptions.
  • Oversee the clean-up of approval workflows across Leave, Claims, Appraisal, and Training modules.
  • Draft and update HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Create training videos for HRIQ modules to support user education.
  • Organize and clean the Master Claims File for accuracy and usability.
  • Conduct data analytics and research across HR areas to generate insights for decision-making.
  • Review and process employee medical and insurance claims, including preparing Letters of Guarantee in line with company policies.
  • Prepare and submit Work Injury reports to MOM and manage related insurance claims.
  • Assist in digitizing and uploading employee documents into the Document Management System for proper record-keeping.
