Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to join our organization as an HR & Admin Support Specialist.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support and maintain employee records, files, and documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and employment standards.
- Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting and evaluation.
- Handle employee relations, provide guidance on company policies and procedures, and facilitate effective communication.
- Coordinate training sessions, orientations, meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in HR and Admin roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English language.
- Familiarity with statutory regulations, employment laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong administrative, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.
