We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team at PropNex Realty PTE. LTD.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and overseeing the scheduling and coordination of assigned courses, providing administrative and logistical support for training sessions and events, and conducting month-end account reconciliations for each course.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
  • Pleasant and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrates exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications

Working Conditions

This role offers a competitive salary of SGD 4,200 per month, commensurate with experience, and is based in Toa Payoh. We offer a 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
