Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team at APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with training providers and officers to ensure seamless training delivery.
  • Book meeting rooms, coordinate with trainers, and manage training materials.
  • Prepare comprehensive training reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Manage user access in IT systems, including resignation, internal transfers, and secondments.
  • Verify monthly invoices and payments.
Requirements:
  • GCE O Levels or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in coordinating training and administrative duties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of $25,000 per month, plus a 1-month completion bonus. Other benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
