Job Title: BIM Modeller

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed BIM content and extract production documents for projects.

  • Deliver high-quality BIM model outputs for design, documentation, and fabrication purposes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of BIM models with precision, quality, and professionalism.

  • Model parameters and attributes for accurate Quantification and 4 D simulation.
Requirements
  • Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent qualification.
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering / M&E qualification.
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software.
  • At least 2-3 years of BIM Modelling experience in building construction and project execution.
  • ACMV services experience is an added advantage.
  • Mastery of BIM modelling at the operational level.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to new processes and workflows.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
