The Chinese Swimming Club is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the F&B Team to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the F&B Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the F&B department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the F&B Manager in their daily tasks, including but not limited to: taking dictation, typing of letters, memos & correspondence, filing, and screening calls.
  • Ensure that the F&B office is maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Recycle all unwanted paper and printed material.
  • Ensure that all stationery, menus, and printed items are properly stored.
  • Report any faults or defects in the office to Housekeeping and Maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage operations preferred.
