Global E-Commerce Lead Role

Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts is a global hospitality company with a purpose-driven approach. Our extensive portfolio spans across 80 hotels, 60 spas, and 14 branded residences in over 20 countries, comprising 12 brands under the experiential membership programme.

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager will support the E-Commerce operations portfolio across all brands, driving global consistency of E-Commerce initiatives.

  • Develop and execute strategic E-Commerce plans alongside stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Manage website content updates via various Content Management Systems ensuring seamless user experience
  • Liaise with hotels/BUs to manage website requests, conduct regular website audits, and guide hotels/BUs in website management
  • Design and implement E-Commerce manuals, conduct training sessions, leverage analytics platforms to maximize sales opportunities, and manage reporting needs
  • Support digital projects and other online channels to expand brand reach
