Customer Experience & Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are on a mission to help every child thrive, especially those who've been left behind by traditional systems. As a Customer Experience & Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our parents, providing them with empathy and clarity in all their interactions with us. Your role will involve guiding parents through our programs, following up with leads and walk-ins, and coordinating class placements and trial bookings. You will also track weekly CS & sales metrics and suggest improvements to raise the bar for parent experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in education
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
