Key Responsibilities
  • Answer parents with empathy and clarity via WhatsApp, emails, and calls.
  • Help guide parents in choosing the right programme for their child using our curriculum and coaching system.
  • Follow up with leads and walk-ins, ensuring a safe, seen, and supported experience.
  • Coordinate class placements, trial bookings, and logistics to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Track weekly performance metrics using training provided.
  • Identify gaps and suggest improvements to elevate parent satisfaction.
Your Qualities
  • Love engaging with people and making them feel at ease.
  • Have a service heart but aren't afraid to close sales, wanting families to join us.
  • Be proactive in following up without being chased.
  • Write with warmth and professionalism.
  • Stay organised, responsive, and comfortable with Google Sheets or CRMs.
  • Have experience in customer service or sales, with an education background an advantage.
