**MISSION**

The Parent Services Center is dedicated to all non-pedagogical services offered to families.
The Parents Services Specialist assists the Parent Services Center in all functions as needed.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Organisation of travels (transportation and accommodation)**:

- Coordination of travels for educational purposes (over 1000 students involved), staff training, IFS invited visitors, school trips:

- Definition of the budget and planning with the departments
- Organisation of travels:

- Tickets and accommodation booking, management of last-minute changes and unforeseen events, administrative follow-up of trips (visa, student travel files, insurance declaration, etc.)
- Coordination and follow-up of the travels
- Optimization of travel procedures, partnerships and rates
- Updating parents information in the dedicated database (Eduka)
- Assisting the IFS Parent Support and Services Department Manager as needed
- Coordination and logistics of end of year activities with school stakeholders
- Coordination of book orders for assigned reading and activity books

**SKILLS AND TRAINING**:

- Minimum of 2 years of higher education in tourism or management
- Experience in project management
- Very rigorous, organizational and planning skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
- Mastery of computer tools and ERP type software
- Professional English

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Full time of 42 hours per week
- 8 weeks of vacation to be taken during school vacations
- Remuneration according to the IFS administrative staff grid
- Health insurance
