The Parent Support and Services Department is the new department dedicated to all non-pedagogical services offered to families.
The primary mission of the Parent Support and Services Manager is to ensure the quality of services offered to parents and to develop all measures that can improve IFS services to families.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
The IFS Parent Support and Services Manager will be responsible for centralizing parents' questions and requests, measuring the level of satisfaction and ensuring the proper functioning and continuous improvement of these services.

**Centralization of feedbacks, questions and complaints from IFS Parents **.
- Organization of a centralized communication tool
- Receiving and processing responses in consultation with the relevant departments
- Implementation of a Parent Satisfaction indicators

**Coordination of school transportation**:

- Monitoring the terms of contract with the provider regarding safety, efficiency, compliance with IFS rules, management of discipline problems...Optimizing routes and schedules
- Coordination between provider representatives, IFS staff and parents to ensure quality transportation service and open communication,
- Management of parent questions and complaints and implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitoring of all documentation regarding transportation.

**Catering Coordination**:

- Ensure the compliance to the terms of the contract (variety, quality, traceability of dishes...)
- Follow-up of the invoicing
- Update of the necessary procedures in order to monitor the canteen properly
- Coordination between the different actors to ensure the quality of service and open communication
- Management of incidents in liaison with the service provider and the school departments
- Promotes the canteen as one of the attractive advantages of the Lycée
- Updates the dedicated page on the internet.
- Management of the team

**SKILLS AND TRAINING**:

- Minimum of 2 years of higher education
- Team management experience
- Experience in project management
- Organisation and planning skills
- Sense of diplomacy and ability to manage difficult situations
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
- Mastery of computer tools and ERP type software
- Professional English

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Full time of 42 hours per week
- 8 weeks of vacation to be taken during school vacations
- Remuneration according to the IFS administrative staff salary grid
- Health insurance
