We are the regional support centre for XVR Simulation, an incident command training simulator for disaster management. Our team has successfully delivered projects worldwide, particularly in Asia, where we provide turn-key solutions for high-quality incident management simulator systems.

Position: IT & Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations of simulation systems, including on-site technical support at customers' locations.
  • Perform technical analysis, corrective, and preventive maintenance of simulation systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on site at customers' locations.
  • Implement scenario creation or edits as required for operations using simulation tools.
  • Other tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or relevant qualifications. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Experience in IT support and deployments.
  • Network issue handling experience advantageous.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
