Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled user operations specialist to manage end-to-end user communication channels, including email, push notifications, and more, across multi-country audiences in the APAC region.

This role involves testing and optimizing communications and content strategies to grow user lifecycle value for each country in the region. Additionally, you will build and manage automation, dynamic content, and personalized user journeys.

You will also collaborate cross-functionally with growth, content, product, and design teams to achieve shared goals. Furthermore, you will oversee list hygiene, growth, and segmentation in line with regional privacy laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in user operations and/or email marketing
  • Experience in AI software, SaaS, e-commerce, and DTC industries
  • Familiarity with email marketing, push notifications, and SMS
  • Skills in automation, segmentation, and CRM/email integrations
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
