Overview

You support the Branch Head in driving the User Experience (UX) vision and development aligning them with MINDEF/SAF's digital transformation goals.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Oversee user research activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate findings into actionable UX strategies and projects to enhance digital Operating Support Information Technology (OSIT) systems
  • Guide UX designers on wireframes and prototypes to ensure that the OSIT systems designed will meet user requirements
  • Provide management with recommendations and periodic reports on UX improvements to OSIT systems across the organisation
Challenge(s)
  • Addressing the diverse needs to users while balancing technical and operational constraints across various domains
  • Staying up to date with evolving technology trends and applying them meaningfully to UX enhancements within IT systems and services
What We Are Looking For
  • Education in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and/or related professional qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the IT industry as a manager (or equivalent role) in a technical or engineering setting
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
