The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. - Identify what frustrates users including both buyers and sellers. And then determines what would classify as a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other local and regional teams to manage operational performance of sellers and to drive user experience improvement initiatives.
- Identify key pain points, conduct root cause analysis, develop well-rounded solutions and manage the roll-out of these initiatives/solutions.
- Optimise existing processes to drive greater working efficiency within and between various cross functional teams.
- Track operational metrics at a regional level and adopt data-driven approaches to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in project management
- Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop structured ways of working in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese language for communication with Chinese counterparts.
- Well-versed in Excel, exposure to SQL and Python is preferred.
- Interest to build capabilities in strategy and operations in the e-commerce industry.
