Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage grant applications, coordinate with stakeholders, and monitor research activities in the healthcare industry.

  • Manage grant applications, including collation and tracking of submissions, budget planning, utilization tracking, and claims.
  • SUPPORTING RESEARCH PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT AND EVENT IMPLEMENTATION IN THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY.
About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing grant applications, coordinating with stakeholders, and monitoring research activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing grant applications, including collation and tracking of submissions, budget planning, utilization tracking, and claims.
  • Supporting requests for external collaborations by identifying suitable Principal Investigators and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Reviewing research and project agreements, and coordinating submissions for ethics and funding.
  • Monitoring research activities and outcomes, and preparing research reports.
  • Supervising temporary staff for data collection, data entry, and transcription.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS TO ENSURE SMOOTH RESEARCH OPERATIONS.
  • Providing secretariat support to research committees and workgroups.
  • Assisting in the planning and development of research spaces in clinics and offices.
  • Overseeing maintenance of research data storage drives and update CRU intranet/internet pages.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree level in Life Sciences/Arts/Communications or related studies.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in operations, administration, or medical writing, preferably in healthcare or research.
  • High computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and medical/research ethics preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical and research terminology will be advantageous.
  • Meticulous with strong organizational, coordination, and administrative skills.
  • Able to analyze, interpret, and present data clearly and accurately.
  • Able to work independently on writing projects and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
