Network Strategist Role

We are looking for a skilled Network Strategist to develop production network and internet peering strategies, with expertise in content delivery networks, monitoring capacity, and peering traffic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop network strategies to drive business growth and improve performance
  • Work with vendors to resolve hardware issues and handle traffic queries from service providers/partners
  • Escalate technical issues and prepare process documents
  • Support the team in handling network peering for Layer 1 to Layer 3 issues
  • Analyze data to provide insights on network performance and escalations
  • Collaborate with regional teams to achieve common goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 7+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with global service providers, colocation facilities, and ISPs
  • Knowledge of network protocols like OSPF/ISIS and BGP
  • Experience with DWDMs involving multiple vendors like Cienna, Infinera, and Cisco NCS
  • CCNP/JNCIP certification is highly desirable
