Job Title: Autism Coach

We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to fill the role of Autism Coach. As an Autism Coach, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the skill levels of clients with autism, developing and executing their Individualised Care Plans (ICPs), and implementing Behavioural Intervention Plans in a classroom setting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Assess and evaluate the skill levels of clients with autism
  • • Develop and execute Individualised Care Plans (ICPs)
  • • Implement Behavioural Intervention Plans in a classroom setting
  • • Manage classroom environment and implement Behavioural Intervention Plans
  • • Execute community-referenced outing trips and events
  • • Maintain clients' attendance and administrative records
  • • Plan, develop, and supervise daily activities and lesson plans
  • • Provide progress and incident reports
  • • Ensure clients' health and safety at all times

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • • Diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 'O' level passes including English
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • • Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels, internal and external, in a professional manner
  • • Meticulous and good organizing skills
  • • Team player and able to work independently
  • • Self-motivated and keen to develop professionally
  • • Compassionate and patient personality
