Job Summary:
As an Autism Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with a small group of children, assisting them with challenging behaviours, obsessions, language, and social difficulties. You will use effective behaviour management and learning techniques to support their development needs.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality autism interventions to children aged 5-8 years old.
- Work independently with a high level of responsibility and integrity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of individualised intervention plans.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with children with Autism and understanding their unique needs.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with sensitivity and patience.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations for therapy sessions.
- Singaporean or PR status.
